Venue-Only Rental Notice: For groups that do not want food service and only need guest transportation, venue access, lighting, and basic site operation, Fireside Feast offers a venue-only rental option. Venue-only rental is $1,000 for up to 2 hours. Each additional hour is $350 per hour. Fireside Feast crew must still be present to operate the venue. Outside food and outside beverages are not permitted.

Transportation Location Notice: Guest parking is located at 7559 North Tongass Highway. Guests may either walk to Fireside Feast or use EV shuttle service if arranged. The walking trail is approximately 10 minutes from the parking lot. The walking trail is not ADA accessible.

Weather Policy Notice: Fireside Feast is an outdoor/semi-outdoor Alaska venue. Events may be cancelled in extreme weather conditions, including high winds or torrential rain. If Fireside Feast cancels the event due to extreme weather, a 65% refund will be offered.

Pricing Notice: All events are custom quoted. Food-service events require a minimum of 30 guests or a $2,500 minimum purchase. The $2,500 minimum includes food and staffing. The $2,500 minimum does not include drinks, EV shuttle transportation, tax, gratuity, or service charges. Venue-only rental is $1,000 for up to 2 hours. Each additional hour is $350 per hour. EV shuttle transportation is $100 per shuttle per hour. Applicable tax, gratuity, and/or service charges are added automatically.

Deposit Policy Notice: A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure the event date. Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the event. Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event.
