What’s included in the ticket price?

Your ticket includes:

  • A five-course, open-fire meal
  • One (1) included alcoholic beverage (beer or wine)
  • Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages
  • Round-trip transportation from Ward Cove
  • Access to the pavilions and fire features
  • All taxes
Is this experience family-friendly?

Yes. Children are welcome. Our environment is designed to be both safe & enjoyable for families.

Will I smell like smoke afterward?

A light woodsmoke scent is common and part of the open-fire cooking atmosphere. Most guests enjoy it.

Do you offer merchandise?

Yes! Fireside Feast apparel & locally inspired items are available for purchase at the venue.

What is your cancellation policy?

This tour service is 100% refundable up until 7 days prior to departure time at which point it will be eligible for a 50% refund until 24 hours prior to departure, at which point it is non-refundable.

Location & Transportation

Where is Fireside Feast located?

We operate just a short distance from the Port of Ward Cove cruise berths. Exact meeting points & shuttle instructions are provided in your booking confirmation.

Is transportation provided?

Yes. Round-trip shuttle service from Ward Cove to the Fireside Feast pavilions is included with every ticket.

What if my ship is late?

We actively monitor cruise schedules. When delays occur, guests are moved to the next available seating whenever possible.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes. Pathways, shuttles, and pavilions are ADA-friendly. Please notify us in advance if you require additional accommodations.

Food & Beverage

What is included in the meal?

Guests enjoy a five-course menu including:

  • House Chowder
  • Appetizer
  • Fresh salad & Bread Course
  • A Buffet featuring slow-smoked Entrées & sides.
  • A Camp-inspired Dessert
What drinks do you serve?

We offer a selection of local Alaskan beer, domestic beer options, and Alaska-produced wines.

*Non-alcoholic beverages are included for all guests.

Can I purchase additional drinks?

Yes. Additional beer & wine are available for purchase on site.

Weather & Comfort

Is the event outdoors?

Yes. The feast takes place in covered open-air forest pavilions built for Southeast Alaska’s weather. Guests remain sheltered while still experiencing the natural surroundings.

What should I wear?

We recommend dressing in layers, wearing comfortable shoes, and bringing a warm outer layer or light rain shell depending on the weather.

Are restrooms available?

Yes. Fully enclosed restroom facilities are available on site.

A small, fire-grilled appetizer designed to introduce smoke & char, offering a bold transition into the main portion of the evening.

Warm dinner rolls served with flavored, house-made butter, alongside a seasonal greens salad with a simple house dressing.

Buffet Experience

A generous spread featuring slow-smoked meats & simply prepared seafood, including salmon cooked straight off the grill, complemented by seasonal vegetables, roasted roots, rustic grains, and classic sides.
