These Terms and Conditions govern your reservation and participation in the experience offered by Fireside Feast and your use of FiresideFeast.com.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FiresideFeast.com and/or booking an experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the website or make a reservation.

2. Booking and Reservations

Reservations are made through our third party booking partner, CruiseCode.

When you book:

  • You provide accurate and complete information
  • You authorize collection of contact, payment, and dietary details necessary to facilitate your experience
  • You agree that Fireside Feast and CruiseCode may use your information to confirm, modify, and manage your reservation

Fireside Feast is not responsible for errors in reservations resulting from inaccurate information provided by the guest.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by CruiseCode. Fireside Feast does not directly store or process payment card information on this website.

By providing payment information through CruiseCode, you authorize the processing of charges for the experience booked.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the policy displayed during checkout through CruiseCode.

You understand that:

  • Cancellation deadlines may vary by season and availability
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in accordance with the CruiseCode policy
  • No refunds will be issued for no shows

If you have questions about the cancellation policy for your specific booking, please contact CruiseCode support.

5. Changes to Reservations

Changes to reservations may be allowed within the timeframe and conditions set by CruiseCode. Fireside Feast does not guarantee that changes can be made after confirmation.

6. Participation Requirements

All guests must:

  • Arrive at the designated meeting location on time
  • Follow instructions of staff and guides
  • Be capable of participating in the experience safely

Guests with medical conditions, mobility limitations, or dietary restrictions agree to disclose relevant information at the time of booking so that appropriate accommodations can be arranged.

7. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

By participating in the Fireside Feast experience, you acknowledge that:

  • Outdoor activities involve inherent risks
  • Open fire cooking environments contain potential hazards
  • Wilderness terrain may include uneven ground and environmental exposure
  • Weather conditions may change without notice
  • Wildlife encounters are possible

Risks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Slips or falls
  • Burns
  • Environmental hazards
  • Property damage

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Fireside Feast, its owners, employees, guides, and contractors from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in the experience.

This release applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

8. Dietary Requests and Restrictions

Fireside Feast will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests provided at the time of booking.

You understand that:

  • Special diets may be limited by ingredient availability
  • Cross contamination with allergens may occur
  • Fireside Feast does not guarantee allergen free preparation unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to booking

9. Weather and Operational Changes

Fireside Feast may cancel or modify an experience due to:

  • Weather
  • Safety concerns
  • Staffing limitations
  • Operational considerations

In the event of a cancellation by Fireside Feast:

  • You may receive a refund or credit in accordance with CruiseCode policies

Fireside Feast is not liable for travel expenses or losses resulting from cancellations or changes outside of its control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on FiresideFeast.com, including text, images, graphics, and layout, is the property of Fireside Feast and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Use content from this site without written permission

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
